Cancellation Policy (excluding JULY):
If for any reason you need to cancel we REQUIRE a 24 hour notice of cancellation (3pm the day prior to check-in) or you will be charged for one nights stay.

SPECIAL TERMS MONTH OF JULY ONLY:
48 hour NOTICE of cancellation (3pm two days prior to check-in) will apply or you will be charged for one nights stay.
